The opportunity

As our Pod Lead for GenAI Delivery, you will be the heartbeat of our project execution. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that our AI initiatives are not only technically sound but also perfectly aligned with the strategic goals of our insurance partners. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Poland, where you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and actionable technical plans. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your pod, fostering an environment where engineers, product managers, and QA experts can do their best work.

A day in the life

• You will spearhead the delivery of GenAI projects by managing project milestones, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring that every solution we build meets our high standards for quality and compliance.
• You will act as a mentor and leader for your cross-functional team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and prioritizing the backlog to keep everyone focused and motivated.
• You will maintain clear lines of communication with internal stakeholders and technical leads, providing regular updates on progress and proactively managing risks to keep our delivery on track.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with 10 to 12 years of experience in enterprise technology or AI project management. You have spent at least 2 to 3 years specifically leading AI, analytics, or technology teams, and you feel right at home in an Agile/Scrum environment. Because we work closely with the insurance sector, having exposure to underwriting, claims, or financial operations is a significant advantage. You are a master communicator who can translate intricate business needs into clear, actionable delivery roadmaps, and you are fluent in English.
