We are looking for a lead Platform Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity to drive efficiency and excellence across our digital advertising initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead our ad operations team to ensure all campaign setups and tracking are accurate and delivered on time.
- Master our proprietary platform, taking a hands-on approach to managing offers, attribution, and A/B testing.
- Serve as an internal expert on tracking and attribution strategies.
- Streamline workflows for campaign trafficking, reporting, and asset management.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage call campaign scripting using Twig, including continuous iteration and split testing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and support the product roadmap.
- Maintain alignment between design, media, and customer success teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in digital advertising operations with a focus on complex campaign management.
- 4 years of experience working with CAKE or similar proprietary CMS platforms.
- 4 years of experience with affiliate marketing platforms.
- 4 years of experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- 3 years of experience working with Jira.
- Familiarity with SOAP, JSON, and XML data formats.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience creating hyper-personalized digital experiences.
- A deep interest in or professional background within online and affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of call center operations and customer service best practices.
