Platform Experience Designer at Persona

What is this role?

We are looking for a Mid-Level Platform Experience Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. You will play a vital part in defining the foundations of our platform, working closely with engineering and product teams to solve complex problems while standardizing our design patterns for the future.

What will you do?

• Work alongside our Identity Foundations and Data Products teams to create a world-class solution for verifying identities globally.
• Solve intricate systems configuration challenges that demand both technical insight and creative problem-solving.
• Partner with our Design Engineering team to strengthen and evolve our design systems and pattern libraries.

Required Qualifications:

• A BFA, BA, or BS degree in design, interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional industry experience.
• Strong ability to give and receive constructive feedback to elevate our collective work.

Bonus Points:

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or TypeScript.
• Experience with high-fidelity prototyping and building design systems.
• Background in designing for B2B or SaaS environments.
• Skills in motion design or 3D work.
