About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our cloud-native environment. You will focus on building resilient systems that support our AI-first mission, ensuring that our infrastructure remains efficient, scalable, and highly available for our global network of partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain 24/7 platform operations by managing incident responses and providing on-call support.
- Develop and refine AI agents designed to automate diagnostics, system scaling, and recovery using event-driven logic.
- Oversee our multi-cloud infrastructure through the use of declarative workflows and automated, secure delivery pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Linux fundamentals, including system internals, networking, and memory management.
- Extensive experience with AWS, with additional knowledge of GCP being a distinct advantage.
- Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes operations, security, and networking.
- Proven ability to manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and familiarity with GitOps workflows like ArgoCD.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, along with a comfort level using AI-assisted coding tools.
- A genuine interest in or experience with building AI agents and RAG workflows.
