Performance Marketing Specialist at Re-Leased

We are currently looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our global team in Auckland. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work closely with our Director of Digital Demand Generation to refine our lead generation strategies and expand our digital footprint.

Key outcomes

• Design and oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, encompassing social media, email marketing, content syndication, and paid advertising, while contributing to our SEM and SEO initiatives.
• Drive website performance by optimizing user funnels and conducting rigorous A/B testing to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Work alongside our brand and customer marketing teams to execute messaging frameworks and produce high-impact content for digital initiatives.
• Define clear KPIs and monitor campaign metrics to ensure we are meeting our growth targets and continuously improving our tactics.
• Coordinate with our sales and product departments to streamline lead qualification and ensure a smooth transition from marketing to sales.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a performance marketing capacity, with a track record of executing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Expertise in managing performance across major digital platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube, alongside a strong understanding of SEO and website optimization.
• Technical proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• A highly analytical mindset, including the ability to manage complex data sets and build dashboards that support ongoing improvement.
• Fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse teams.
