Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team in Auckland. You will support the Director Digital Demand Generation in executing demand generation strategies to drive leads and conversions. Using your strong analytical mindset, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our lead generation campaigns and enhancing our digital presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Demand Generation: Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partner channels. Contribute to SEM and SEO strategy execution.
- Website Optimization: Support website funnel optimization to ensure a seamless user journey and improved lead conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversion strategies.
- Content and Messaging: Collaborate with the VP Brand and Customer Marketing and the wider Marketing team to implement messaging frameworks and develop content for digital campaigns.
- Analytics and Measurement: Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance to track success and optimize strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead qualification criteria. Demonstrate strong project management skills by managing multiple initiatives across different teams.
Your Experience
- Proven, recent experience in a performance marketing role.
- Ability to run integrated campaigns with performance optimisation across various digital channels, including major ad platforms (, Google, LinkedIn Meta, YouTube, etc.), website and SEO.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other relevant analytics and testing platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate spreadsheets and build informative dashboards to focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
