We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead innovative digital campaigns that drive student recruitment and engagement. As a key member of our marketing department, you will help shape our institutional presence by blending creative strategy with data-driven decision-making to reach our target audiences effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing campaigns across social, mobile, web, and traditional channels.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including creative production, audience segmentation, and channel selection.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust strategies mid-campaign to ensure optimal lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure all content aligns with our brand standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and incorporating feedback to ensure a collaborative, client-centered approach.
Must-haves
- A degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically in project coordination and managing approval workflows.
- Hands-on expertise in running paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic display.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Deep knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, including keyword research and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present marketing strategies to diverse audiences and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Working-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice-to-haves
- A Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) certification or an equivalent credential.
- Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $59,471.75 to $77,398.10 per year.
