We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead innovative digital campaigns that drive student recruitment and engagement. As a key member of our marketing department, you will help shape our institutional presence by blending creative strategy with data-driven decision-making to reach our target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing campaigns across social, mobile, web, and traditional channels.
Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including creative production, audience segmentation, and channel selection.
Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust strategies mid-campaign to ensure optimal lead generation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure all content aligns with our brand standards.
Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and incorporating feedback to ensure a collaborative, client-centered approach.

Must-haves

A degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least five years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically in project coordination and managing approval workflows.
Hands-on expertise in running paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic display.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Deep knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, including keyword research and optimization.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present marketing strategies to diverse audiences and manage stakeholder relationships.
Working-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

A Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) certification or an equivalent credential.
Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $59,471.75 to $77,398.10 per year.
