We are looking for a dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our digital presence. At SAIT, we are committed to excellence in education and innovation, and we need a creative, tactical professional to lead marketing campaigns that drive student and customer acquisition. You will report to the Manager of Marketing and Recruitment, working in a fast-paced environment where you will act as both a trend-seeker and a trend-setter. Your primary focus will be on developing cutting-edge, measurable campaigns across social, mobile, and traditional channels to ensure we reach our target audiences effectively.

Key outcomes

  • Lead the end-to-end development of recruitment marketing campaigns, including defining target audiences, channel selection, and creative messaging.
  • Manage the production of campaign content by coordinating with internal teams and external creative partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics in real-time, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and ensure successful acquisition.
  • Collaborate with various school departments and stakeholders to source content and ensure project plans align with institutional goals.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders, maintaining a client-centered approach that prioritizes transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least five years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in project coordination and managing approval workflows.
  • Hands-on expertise in executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and Programmatic Display.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, including keyword research and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and present marketing strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

  • A Digital Marketing Certificate from the Digital Marketing Institute or an equivalent professional certification.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $59,471.75 to $77,398.10. We are pleased to offer a flexible hybrid work model to support a healthy work-life balance.
