What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be based on-site in one of our offices across Denmark, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Spain, or Germany. In this role, you will use your expertise in marketing, LinkedIn advertising, data analysis, testing, SQL, and Python to drive our growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing our LinkedIn paid social campaigns from start to finish to drive our daily acquisition strategy.
• Collaborating with our creative and data teams to maximize ad-LTV and refine our user journey.
• Scaling our paid acquisition efforts while managing significant budgets to influence revenue growth across multiple markets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on precision and loves digging into data to turn insights into action. You should have a proven track record of optimizing ad campaigns on LinkedIn and experience managing large annual budgets. We value candidates who are comfortable with A/B testing and have a strong ability to work independently. While not strictly required, familiarity with SQL, Python, or AI tools is considered a major bonus. You must be proficient in English, as it is our primary company language, and possess a passion for connecting marketing efforts directly to business outcomes.
