Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who thrives on data, optimization, and driving revenue through paid media channels.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our paid media strategy, including the execution, budgeting, and optimization of campaigns across search, social, and trade media platforms.
- Lead our website and landing page optimization efforts to ensure every touchpoint is fine-tuned for maximum conversion and inbound sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with our demand generation and content teams to translate performance data into actionable insights and narrative-driven reports.
What you'll need
You should be a scrappy and business-savvy marketer who is comfortable managing substantial budgets. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads, plus experience with LinkedIn and Meta advertising.
- Advanced analytical skills, specifically with SQL and Excel, to drive decision-making.
- A proven track record of optimizing B2B campaigns for revenue and profitability.
- Strong storytelling abilities to present complex strategies and results to internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
