We are Backflip, a venture-backed FinTech company dedicated to transforming the real estate investing industry. We provide an all-in-one platform that equips entrepreneurs with the technology, data, and capital products they need to acquire and renovate single-family homes, ultimately helping to revitalize local communities. As we scale our team of approximately 50 people following our recent $15M Series A funding, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a unique opportunity to build our paid growth and digital marketing channels from the ground up while working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead our performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and other paid social channels to drive company growth.
- Collaborate with the CMO to build acquisition budgets and establish key performance indicators while optimizing spend to achieve the lowest possible cost per acquisition.
- Design and execute test strategies for creative assets and landing pages, utilizing data-driven insights to refine our approach and ensure users move effectively through the funnel.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or Communications.
- Three to four years of experience in a quantitative marketing role, specifically managing strategy and execution for paid search or social channels in-house.
- Proven success in creating campaigns that have significantly increased revenue and user growth.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta, paired with a strong analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and consumer behavior.
- A collaborative, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
