The role
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. You will play a critical role in scaling our growth by leading our digital advertising strategy, testing new channels, and optimizing our paid media efforts to drive significant revenue.
Core responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our paid media execution, including search, social, and trade media, while managing budgets and targeting to maximize efficiency.
- Develop and implement rigorous testing and optimization processes for all channels to ensure we are constantly improving our return on ad spend.
- Collaborate closely with our demand generation and content teams to refine campaign assets and landing pages based on performance data and actionable insights.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B marketing and a data-driven mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven ability to manage substantial advertising budgets.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, along with practical experience using LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and Excel, to track campaign performance and report on business results.
- Experience with media buying outside of self-service platforms and a strong grasp of Google Tag Manager for tracking and measurement.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package designed to reward your expertise and contributions to our growth. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. In addition to base pay, you will receive:
