We are Washmen, an on-demand digital wardrobe care service founded in 2015 that helps our 60,000 customers reclaim their time from daily chores. Operating out of a massive 45,000 square foot facility in the United Arab Emirates, we are proud to have been named the Most Innovative Laundry globally by CINET Milano in 2022, and we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, customer acquisition, and long-term retention.
- Oversee paid advertising across channels like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to ensure we achieve the best possible return on investment.
- Lead our content marketing efforts, spanning email campaigns, social media, and blog content.
- Track and interpret website and app traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Partner with our creative team to develop high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics that resonate with our audience.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to enhance our search rankings and overall digital visibility.
- Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments to improve the performance of our digital platforms.
- Keep our team informed by preparing and presenting regular reports on marketing metrics and campaign success.
Must-haves
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Significant professional experience in performance marketing, ideally within the e-commerce or app-based service sectors.
- Deep expertise in digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Technical proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset for building innovative campaigns.
- A self-motivated and organized work style, with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
