About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will be responsible for the creation, execution, and management of our paid acquisition efforts. You will play a vital role in analyzing data to derive insights that inform our growth decisions across all acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy while managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
- Oversee acquisition campaigns across SEM, social media, and display channels to maximize revenue and return on investment.
- Utilize quantitative analysis and A/B testing to optimize performance, identify new growth channels, and collaborate with our content team to support the customer journey.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven success in scaling B2B acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Deep expertise in multi-channel strategies, including PPC, SEO, and display advertising.
- Strong technical proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, specifically Google Analytics and Looker.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
