We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Neura Health. We are a series A company dedicated to solving some of the most difficult challenges in neurology by building the nation’s largest virtual neurology practice. With over $22 million in funding, we are using advanced technology and AI to provide timely, compassionate care to the millions of Americans living with neurological conditions. What you'll be doing
- You will own and scale our paid acquisition channels across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive revenue and customer growth.
- You will manage our data and optimization efforts by tracking key metrics such as CAC and ROAS, while using cohort analysis to improve conversion rates.
- You will collaborate across teams, working closely with product, design, and our leadership to ensure our messaging is consistent and our ad creative is high-performing.
What you'll bring
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within a company that has scaled significantly.
- You possess a proven track record of managing and scaling seven-figure paid media budgets profitably.
- You are highly proficient with analytics tools including Looker, Excel, GA4, and various attribution platforms.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setting.
- Experience in the direct-to-consumer digital health space is a plus, as is an enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll get
The annual salary for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. In addition to your base pay, you will receive the following:
