We’re PartnerStack, an ecosystem platform powering the world’s largest B2B partnerships network. More than 500 companies rely on our technology to create and scale revenue through partnerships, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

Design, launch, and continuously optimize full-funnel Account-Based Marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social, programmatic, email, and offline channels.
Own pipeline generation targets by building integrated, multi-channel programs that deliver qualified leads and measurable revenue impact.
Manage campaign budgets, test new channels and creative approaches, and partner with RevOps, Sales, and Product teams to refine workflows and keep data flowing smoothly between marketing platforms and Salesforce.

Requirements

At least three years of hands-on experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS, including proven success running scaled campaigns.
Direct experience executing Mid-Market and Enterprise ABM programs and managing multi-channel campaigns with annual budgets of one million dollars or more, especially on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
Strong analytical ability to translate performance data into strategic decisions, deep familiarity with metrics such as CAC, CPL, MQLs, and payback period, plus working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce.
Track record of collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and scale lead generation to aggressive targets.
