Performance Marketing Intern at Mantel

We are currently looking for a hands-on intern to join our Performance Marketing team in the Netherlands, where we focus on delivering the best service, the widest assortment, and guaranteed quality to our customers.

What is this role?

We are offering a Performance Marketing Internship designed for a student currently enrolled in a relevant HBO program, such as Marketing, Commercial Economics, or Communications. This is an on-site position where you will work directly with our team of five experts in SEA, SEO, CRO, and email marketing. You will be fully integrated into our daily operations, gaining hands-on experience while contributing your own fresh ideas to our growth strategies.

What will you do?

• Create engaging content and newsletters: You will collaborate with our Category Management teams to translate their input into compelling email campaigns and high-quality web content, including blog posts and product pages optimized for search engines.
• Support marketing campaigns: You will assist in the development and execution of various marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping us reach our audience more effectively.
• Optimize the digital experience: Working alongside our specialists, you will analyze user behavior on our website to identify areas where we can improve the customer journey, conversion rates, and overall site usability.
