Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive sustainable user growth.
- Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with key affiliate partners to broaden our reach.
- Analyze existing marketing channels and affiliate partnerships to identify areas for optimization and growth.
- Test and scale new performance marketing channels to uncover additional acquisition opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure strategy success and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and incentives with high-performing affiliates to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in performance marketing and affiliate management.
- Strong background in the fintech or insurtech sectors.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding user acquisition targets.
- Fluency in English.
- An innovative approach to digital marketing and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
