The Performance Marketing Analyst, will join the Performance Department and report into our Marketing Analyst Manager. The role will also work closely with the Global Performance Director and is crucial in leveraging data to develop and execute engaging online strategies that support our performance marketing plans, whilst uncovering insights and recommendations into continuous optimisation improvement across a number of channels.

Our ideal candidate will be a reporting wizard, experienced as an analyst, a natural problem solver who blossoms in an agile environment and thrives with change. You will be supported by an innovative, creative and fun-loving in-house marketing team, who are passionate about being leaders in the digital space, with the newest and most innovative ways of targeting our customers.

Responsibilities:

Execute integrated online strategies that support the marketing plan and strategic KPI’s

Oversee and report on performance of all digital marketing channels

Analyze and understand the customer experience and growth through digital channels

Work closely with Performance Marketing Channel Leaders to analyze and optimize each channel by Campaign, Ad Groups, Keyword and Creative to optimize the Performance Marketing Strategy

Proactively identify growth opportunities for each channel

Own and maintain all aspects of Performance Analytic Tools and Google Tag Manager including tracking/tagging implementation, dashboards and custom reports across all channels

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new projects

Create workshops and learning opportunities for all marketing teams to understand key metrics, opportunities and optimisation

Work with the Performance Marketing Managers and Global Performance Director in the development of data strategies for the Princess Polly websites, campaigns, new products, and long-term channel plans

Set up weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting on key metrics on all Digital

Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in the Digital Analytics environment

Strong reporting experience

Strong data visualisation and communication skills to present data driven insights in an effective manner

Strong technical skills across data, database marketing, data extraction, analytics and/or data visualisation

Experience and familiarity with online research tools (social media, online behaviour tools, optimisation and testing) and data utilization for analytics

Proven experience in technology tools and platforms such as Social Media Platforms, Social Media reporting platforms and Google Analytics

Tag Management experience (GTM)

Experience in A/B testing

Must think outside the box & love to solve problems with Data
