What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Performance Ads Video Editor to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a vital role in our growth strategy by producing high-impact video assets that capture attention and drive results. This role requires a blend of technical editing expertise and a deep understanding of performance marketing dynamics. Your work will be central to how we communicate with our users across various digital platforms.
- Manage the full production cycle of advertising videos, ranging from initial concept and scriptwriting to final edits for UGC, brand-led, and performance-focused formats.
- Analyze performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, and retention to optimize video creatives and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with media buyers and creative strategists to iterate on video ads and test new formats, tools, and automation workflows.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience in video editing specifically for performance and app-focused marketing. We value candidates who possess expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro, alongside strong skills in After Effects and Photoshop. You must be a confident user of modern AI-driven creative tools and have a solid grasp of pacing, sound design, and motion timing. We are looking for a proactive individual who can generate fresh concepts independently and communicate creative decisions clearly. Fluency in English is required for this position, and your portfolio should demonstrate a clear history of creating successful, performance-driven content for mobile applications.
