About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives. Your primary objective will be to develop and manage high-impact partnerships that increase our brand visibility, generate traffic, and ultimately boost sales. You will spend the majority of your time focused on growing revenue through affiliate programs while dedicating the remainder to upper-funnel influencer strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel strategy that integrates both influencer outreach and affiliate marketing programs.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with top-tier partners and influencers to meet our customer acquisition targets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide data-driven insights, optimize budgets, and report on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience managing affiliate and influencer programs, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Hands-on proficiency with affiliate platforms like PartnerStack and Impact Radius.
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities combined with a creative, analytical mindset.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
