At lempire, we are a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company valued at over $150 million with annual revenue exceeding $30 million. We support individuals and businesses through our suite of five products, including lemlist, lemwarm, lemcal, Taplio, and Tweet Hunter. We are looking for a senior Partnerships Manager to lead our Service Partner and Reseller vertical, helping us transform this channel into a primary driver of our growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of agencies, consultants, and resellers to drive joint revenue.
- Develop and execute initiatives that increase monthly recurring revenue for both our partners and our company.
- Act as a dedicated coach and point of contact to help partners close larger deals more efficiently.
- Collaborate across our marketing, product, and sales teams to streamline partner success and high-value deal flow.
- Create and implement the processes, materials, and strategies needed to scale our partnership ecosystem.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar capacity.
- Deep expertise in outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with agencies, service integrators, or resellers.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of prospecting, creating value propositions, and closing deals.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Previous experience working within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in French.
