Partnership Manager – Affiliate & SEO at JouwWeb

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager – Affiliate & SEO to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of our affiliate network and contribute to our organic search strategy. You will be responsible for scaling a high-impact channel that already generates tens of thousands of leads each month, while also identifying new opportunities to boost our visibility and traffic through SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our broader commercial and revenue goals.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with publishers, influencers, and comparison sites, including handling contract negotiations.
• Analyze campaign performance to drive ROI, ensure lead quality, and implement optimizations to scale our growth.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a strong background in commercial partnerships and online marketing.
• HBO+ level of education and professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• The ability to work from our office in Eindhoven at least once per week.
• Experience with offsite SEO, content partnerships, or influencer marketing is considered a plus.

Location

This position is based in the Netherlands, with our office located at Strijp-S in Eindhoven.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 46,000 to EUR 63,000 per year. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy several perks:
