What you bring

As our Senior Partnership Manager, you will operate in a full-time capacity with a hybrid work arrangement based in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for scaling our affiliate network and enhancing our organic search presence. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing an integrated affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our broader revenue goals.
• Managing and expanding our network of publishers, influencers, and comparison sites through active outreach and contract negotiation.
• Analyzing campaign performance to optimize lead quality and drive scalable growth.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starting professional who brings at least four years of experience in affiliate marketing or a strong background in commercial partnerships. You should possess an HBO+ level of education and demonstrate a highly analytical mindset, allowing you to turn complex data into actionable optimizations. Strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential for success in this role. You must be fluent in English, and while Dutch is not mandatory, it is considered a significant advantage. We value candidates who are structured, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and able to work from our Eindhoven office at least once a week.

What we offer
