Partnership Business Development Manager at Coupang

We are looking for a Senior Partnership Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. We are currently expanding our Coupang Partners network, which has grown into a massive engine for traffic and revenue, and we need an experienced professional to help us scale our partner acquisition efforts even further.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new partners while cultivating long-term, positive relationships with both existing and potential collaborators.
• Innovate and manage the sales pitch process to identify new opportunities, develop tailored proposals, and present solutions that address specific partner needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal product teams to uncover new product offerings for partners, analyze market data to track advertising trends, and work with account management teams to support ongoing partner success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in ad supply acquisition, ad tech business development, or digital advertising sales.
• A deep understanding of the Korean ad tech and publisher landscape.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work creatively and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to function as a collaborative team player while maintaining the autonomy to drive individual projects.
• Proficiency in the Korean language is required.
