What you bring
We are looking for an Executive level professional to join us in a Full Time capacity for this Partner Marketing role. This position is Remote and open to candidates located anywhere within one hour of US time zones. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the growth and engagement of our instructor community by managing key communication channels such as Slack, email, and live events.
- Creating and distributing strategic playbooks that help our instructors optimize their course operations and increase their enrollments.
- Serving as the primary advocate for our instructors by collaborating with the product team to scope new features and drive platform improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You should have over 10 years of relevant experience and possess a strong background in Marketing, Management, and Account Management. We value individuals who are analytical, scrappy, and capable of taking projects from inception to completion. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate the ability to build trust with VIP partners while maintaining high standards for course quality. Experience working at a marketplace company or building engaged product communities is a significant plus.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range of 150,000 USD to 190,000 USD per year, supplemented by significant equity. Our team culture is built on flexibility and support, offering the following benefits:
