The opportunity
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a key driver for our partner ecosystem, helping us expand our footprint in the TravelTech market. You will work closely with our internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our partners have the resources they need to generate high-quality leads and contribute to our overall revenue success. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.
A day in the life
- You will proactively research and build relationships with high-value partners across sectors like sports, education, and event planning to unlock new group travel opportunities.
- You will manage the partner lifecycle by providing necessary training, sales tools, and marketing collateral to ensure our partners are fully equipped to succeed.
- You will analyze partnership performance metrics and report on key KPIs to help our leadership team refine our strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in partnership, sales, or channel management. You possess a strong ability to build trust-based relationships and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your background includes:
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for writing persuasive content that resonates with partners.
- Strong project management abilities, allowing you to juggle multiple initiatives while maintaining clear timelines and goals.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Fluency in English.
- A natural aptitude for relationship building and a focus on creating win-win outcomes for all parties.
