What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Partner Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing department by working directly with high-profile institutional partners to successfully launch new products and integrations within the Solana ecosystem.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for institutional launches, focusing specifically on fintech applications and real-world asset platforms.
- Create effective co-marketing playbooks and campaign briefs that meet partner requirements while adhering to necessary regulatory standards.
- Develop clear and persuasive messaging that highlights the maturity of our ecosystem and the high-performance technical capabilities of the Solana blockchain.

- Proven experience working within fintech, payments, or the broader financial services sector.
- A track record of leading product launches by collaborating across departments like product, business development, and communications.
- The ability to navigate regulated environments while still producing engaging and compliant content.
- Fluency in English.
- A detail-oriented approach with a bias toward taking action and iterating based on results.
