Key outcomes
- Manage the full lifecycle of our partners, from initial outreach and relationship building to strategic planning and the execution of joint initiatives.
- Drive revenue, integrations, and referrals by expanding our existing partnership ecosystem.
- Own the partner relationship while educating our internal teams and customers on the value of our strategic alliances.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize our go-to-market function and provide actionable recommendations for long-term growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner success and align with our broader company goals.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in developing partnerships or alliances, with a focus on complex technology partners.
- A deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and experience in creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to navigate large organizations and influence key decision-makers.
- Technical familiarity with APIs, allowing you to provide high-level guidance and best practices to developers.
- Proficiency in using tools such as HubSpot and PartnerStack.
- Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset to track and improve partner performance.
- Must be located in Canada or the USA.
- Fluency in English.
