What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help shape our strategy. You will be responsible for scaling our business network by building and nurturing strategic agency partnerships that drive significant revenue and growth for the company.
What will you do?
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic agency partners while managing and expanding our existing relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them master our platform so they can effectively support their own clients.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing and enablement teams to create service offerings and processes that align our sales and customer success organizations with our partners.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on sales experience. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least 5 years of experience in partnerships or sales, specifically with a focus on building agency relationships and go-to-market opportunities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to solve problems creatively and manage multiple complex work-streams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Docs.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel as needed.
- A persistent, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset with an openness to ongoing coaching.
