We also operate Devmio.nl, a unique learning platform serving nearly 10,000 developers. We are currently looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial professional to join our team in the Netherlands and help us continue to grow these vital connections.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Partner & Community Manager for IT Events to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site in the Netherlands. You will take ownership of our developer communities and events, working independently to spot new opportunities and manage key relationships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the intersection of technology, marketing, and community building.
What will you do?
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with top-tier IT organizations across the Netherlands.
- Guide existing clients in optimizing their campaigns and maximizing their presence at our various tech events.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive community growth and ensure our events reach the right professional audiences.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in a commercial environment and a genuine interest in the IT sector. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- An Hbo-level education, ideally with a focus on commercial studies.
- At least two years of experience in a commercial role.
- Strong skills in partner management, community engagement, and marketing strategy.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our international partners and teams.
- Experience with recruitment marketing is considered a significant advantage.
