Paid Social Manager at Hey Harper

At Hey Harper, our Demand team does much more than simply buy media. We are dedicated to engineering sustainable growth for our brand, and we are currently looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Portugal. This role serves as the central point for our operations across Meta and TikTok. You will be responsible for the health, scaling, and creative evolution of our primary acquisition channels, sitting at the intersection of data and creativity to ensure our message reaches the right audience at the perfect moment.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the daily management and optimization of our Meta and TikTok campaigns, actively pushing for improved performance rather than just monitoring results.
• Partner closely with our creative team by briefing new assets based on performance data, identifying successful hooks, and refining our creative strategy to maintain high standards.
• Operate a continuous testing machine by experimenting with new audiences, bid strategies, landing pages, and creative angles to stay ahead of platform fatigue and drive incremental growth.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns for a performance-driven brand or agency.
• You possess deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, with a clear understanding of how to work effectively with their algorithms.
• You have a strong grasp of key metrics such as MER, CAC, and LTV, allowing you to evaluate campaign success beyond simple platform-reported ROAS.
• You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns while maintaining strict attention to detail regarding naming conventions and tracking parameters.
• You understand the fast-paced nature of the e-commerce industry and how a jewelry or fashion brand must present itself to succeed.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.
