The opportunity
We are looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our growing team in New York City. You will act as a vital ambassador for our brand, helping us reach more students while serving as the primary lead for marketing activities related to our degree and certificate programs. Reporting directly to our VP of Growth and Marketing, you will have the chance to shape our search strategy and influence our overall growth trajectory. This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires you to be in our New York office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
A day in the life
- You will be hands-on with our campaigns, developing, executing, and analyzing paid search efforts across all of our programs.
- You will lead the charge on our SEO strategy, collaborating with internal content teams and external partners to ensure our digital presence is optimized for success.
- You will work closely with our leadership team to define enrollment goals and implement creative marketing initiatives, including web content and email campaigns, to drive student recruitment.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in both paid and organic search marketing. You hold a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on digital marketing or analytics, and you possess the following skills and background:
- Technical Expertise: You have 4 to 6 years of experience in Google Ads, including mastery of bid management strategies, keyword research, quality score optimization, and budget management. You are also an expert in AdWords Editor and Google Ads scripts.
- Analytical Mindset: You are a wizard with Excel or Google Sheets and have a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable performance reports.
- CRM Proficiency: You are comfortable working within systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage marketing workflows.
- SEO Knowledge: You understand the technical, UX, and content factors that drive search success, including on-page and off-page strategies.
- Language: You are fluent in English.
