What is this role?

We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who thrives in a remote environment. You will be responsible for managing a book of business, ensuring that our paid media efforts align with our clients' broader business goals. Please note that this role requires availability to work on weekends.

What will you do?

  • Take ownership of paid search campaigns across a variety of industries, performing daily optimizations and implementing high-level strategic changes to drive growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance data alongside client-specific metrics to provide intelligent interpretations and actionable plans that improve results.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with both internal agency teams and your assigned clients to ensure everyone is aligned on strategy and performance.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 to 2 years spent in an agency setting. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, specifically in campaign development, keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and the Google or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing various campaign types, including YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Bing Ads, and Performance Max.
  • An advanced level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A strong grasp of full-funnel marketing strategies and how paid media fits into the broader customer journey.
