About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital advertising efforts to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. You will blend creative thinking with analytical rigor to ensure our campaigns meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee our paid social, display, and CTV agency partners while developing a clear vision for our television advertising strategy.
• Collaborate with internal analytics teams to perform audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitive analysis to inform our campaign targeting.
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS, while executing A/B tests on creative and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• Between 3 and 7 years of professional experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Proven expertise across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin, and various CTV networks.
• Strong analytical proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and a solid understanding of how SEO principles intersect with paid media.
• Advanced project management capabilities, allowing you to handle multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.

Location

This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site work arrangement.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from 70,000 USD to 90,000 USD. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
