The Trevor Project is the world’s leading organization providing 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people. We are seeking a Paid Media Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity to help us expand our reach and impact through strategic digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end strategy, planning, and deployment of paid media initiatives.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to develop content and ensure timely program launches.
- Serve as an internal expert on paid media, working with stakeholders across our program pillars to align tactics with organizational goals.
- Define key performance indicators and manage project tracking, measurement, monthly reporting, and strategy debriefs.
- Coordinate content reviews and edits using task management platforms.
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ranging from cause marketing to conversion-based campaigns.
- Foster an inclusive environment and continuously grow your own LGBTQ+ competency.
Must-haves
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience managing paid media programs for large organizations or brands.
- Strong ability to analyze paid media metrics and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Proven success in building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage editorial calendars.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to efficient, ethical business practices.
- Fluency in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
