The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will partner closely with our Director of Marketing to define and execute our paid media strategy. You will serve as a key member of our integrated marketing team, collaborating with our Ecommerce, Creative, Retail, and Wholesale departments to ensure our campaigns tell a cohesive story. This position is perfect for someone who understands the big picture of brand and performance marketing and wants to drive our direct-to-consumer business forward through strategic media planning and rigorous data analysis.
A day in the life
- You will manage our relationship with our media agency, setting weekly agendas and ensuring our campaigns hit key performance targets like ROAS and CAC.
- You will oversee channel excellence across paid social platforms like TikTok and Meta, paid search on Google, and programmatic display and video efforts.
- You will analyze campaign performance data to identify new opportunities, optimize creative assets, and develop actionable insights that fuel our seasonal planning.
Who you are
You are a data-driven strategist with a passion for retail or luxury branding. You possess a strong background in performance media and have a knack for balancing creative vision with analytical precision. You are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and communicates clearly with both internal teams and external partners. We value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single qualification listed. You should be fluent in English and hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
