The role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Paid Media Content Strategist to join our Marketing Growth team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. We are seeking a mid-level professional who is ready to spearhead our creative strategy and take ownership of the content that drives our performance marketing efforts, product sales, and customer acquisition.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the creative and strategic development of content across major advertising platforms like Meta, TikTok, and X to boost sales and acquire new customers.
- Serve as the creative authority in performance marketing by balancing data-driven insights with compelling storytelling to optimize ad spend.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, which includes writing detailed briefs, coordinating production schedules with our video teams, and maintaining a database of high-performing messaging angles.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative vision and analytical rigor. We are looking for candidates who have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a strategic creative role, ideally within paid media or high-impact organic social strategy.
- Proven expertise in short-form video content and a deep understanding of how to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics like conversion rates and ROI to refine future content strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills, allowing you to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A solid grasp of audience research, product messaging, and the current landscape of social media advertising.
