Cognism is a global leader in sales intelligence, helping revenue teams transform their prospecting through premium data and predictable outcomes. Following our recent growth and acquisitions of Mailtastic and Kaspr, we are looking for a Senior Paid Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to scale our operations across the France and DACH regions.
- Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.
- Handle day-to-day budget management and digital marketing operations, including bid strategy adjustments and audience targeting.
- Create and optimize ad copy and creative assets.
- Build and automate detailed campaign reports using Looker Studio to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with our Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency.
- Lead internal presentations and strategy discussions to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel.
- A demand generation mindset focused on providing value to prospects.
- Relevant ad platform certifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional proficiency in French or German.
- Experience using analytics and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Metadata, or Cognism Prospector.
