The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Owner Partner Relations Team Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a key support figure to our management team, playing a central role in how we cultivate and maintain connections with our network of homeowners. You will be the bridge between our company and our partners, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and high-touch service.
A day in the life
- You will assist our client relations team by qualifying leads and navigating negotiations with homeowners to ensure we always provide the best possible options.
- You will manage the creation of client proposals within our CRM system, ensuring that every detail is accurate and that tasks are prioritized to meet our high standards.
- You will collaborate closely with the Home Experience Team during property inspections and showings, while also preparing financial reports and closing documents to keep our owners informed and engaged.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in hospitality, real estate, sales, or business development. You understand the nuances of working with high-net-worth individuals, and you pride yourself on your ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English. You are comfortable navigating CRM platforms and Google Suite, and you thrive in environments where multitasking and meeting deadlines are the norm. Most importantly, you hold yourself to a high standard of accountability and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared goals.
