The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Outside Sales Representative to serve as our sole business development lead for the Texas territory. This is a vital, full-time role where you will be responsible for driving our growth strategy from the ground up. Because you will be focusing on greenfield accounts, you have the unique opportunity to build your own client base while representing our services to prospective partners. You will work closely with our leadership and clinical teams to refine our sales approach, ensuring that our outreach is as effective and impactful as possible.
A day in the life
- You will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, networking at industry events, and direct prospect office visits.
- You will manage your own territory by conducting thorough market research and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients to ensure their needs are met.
- You will collaborate with our internal marketing and clinical departments to align your sales efforts with our broader company goals while providing regular reports on your progress and customer insights.
Who you are
You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record, ideally within the healthcare or medical services industry. You possess a deep understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques, and you are comfortable using CRM software and the MS Office suite to manage your daily workflow. Since you will be the face of our company in the field, you must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives when working independently. You are fluent in English, quick to learn, and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients.
