Key outcomes
- Proactively source new sales prospects and conduct outreach to secure appointments for our Account Executives.
- Respond to, engage with, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Articulate our value proposition clearly while identifying prospect needs to determine potential fit.
- Develop and maintain target prospect lists to effectively penetrate key accounts.
- Conduct cold calls to prospects generated through various channels.
- Identify key decision-makers, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
- Provide ongoing support to the Account Executive team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as an SDR within a B2B SaaS technology company.
- Proven success in business development, including the effective use of core sales tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong listening abilities and an energetic, professional phone presence.
- Ability to negotiate skillfully and persuade others with your ideas.
- Strategic and tactical thinking skills, combined with the resilience to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
- A self-starting, proactive nature with a diligent work ethic and a focus on meeting goals.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with sales platforms such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chorus.
- Previous experience working in a remote environment.
