We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking to connect with professionals interested in future Outbound Sales Development Representative roles within the APAC region. Key outcomes

  • Proactively source new sales prospects and conduct outreach to secure appointments for our Account Executives.
  • Respond to, engage with, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Articulate our value proposition clearly while identifying prospect needs to determine potential fit.
  • Develop and maintain target prospect lists to effectively penetrate key accounts.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospects generated through various channels.
  • Identify key decision-makers, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Account Executive team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience as an SDR within a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven success in business development, including the effective use of core sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong listening abilities and an energetic, professional phone presence.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and persuade others with your ideas.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking skills, combined with the resilience to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • A self-starting, proactive nature with a diligent work ethic and a focus on meeting goals.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales platforms such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chorus.
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment.
