What is this role?

We are hiring an Online Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to start their career in a supportive environment. You will go through an initial onboarding phase lasting two to four months to ensure you are fully prepared to contribute to our marketing and branding efforts.

What will you do?

• Manage and execute online marketing campaigns across all our digital channels.
• Analyze our current marketing strategies to identify areas for improvement and optimize them using your expertise.
• Engage with our community by managing our social media channels and communicating directly with customers and interested prospects.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in marketing, media, communication, economics, or a related field. We value candidates who possess strong discipline, a quick ability to learn, and the capacity to follow established processes. You should have excellent communication skills and a high level of precision in your work. It is essential that you have a flawless command of the German language in both written and spoken forms.
