Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Online Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world while helping us expand our global partner network.
Your impact
- Take charge of growing our global partner network by prospecting, pitching, and closing new deals within the job board and career development sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with platform representatives to ensure our collaborations remain strong and productive.
- Use your expertise in online marketing to optimize partner performance, analyze market trends, and work with our product and marketing teams to turn traffic into new users.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or partnerships, specifically within the SaaS or digital platform space.
- A solid background in online marketing and campaign management, with a deep understanding of how to influence key performance indicators.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically about new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
