What you bring

As our Online Growth Data & Optimization Specialist, you will work in a mid-level, full-time, and hybrid capacity based in Brazil. Your role centers on analyzing data to drive the continuous improvement of our digital communications and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for transforming large datasets into strategic actions that maximize our performance.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and Excel to monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize Python to automate analytical processes and perform deep dives into large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth-focused optimizations for multichannel campaigns.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis within fast-paced, high-growth environments. You should possess strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Experience with B2B e-commerce platforms is highly valued. Because we operate in Brazil, fluency in Portuguese is required. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who is results-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to our ongoing expansion.
