What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Offline Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, where you will be expected to work from our office two to three days each week. You will report directly to our Director of Performance Marketing and play a vital role in expanding our brand presence through strategic advertising across non-digital channels.
What will you do?
- Lead the strategy and execution of top-of-funnel marketing campaigns across television, print, direct mail, out-of-home advertising, and audio.
- Drive revenue and site traffic by conducting competitive research, evaluating media partners, and performing detailed cost analyses.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, taking the lead on contract negotiations to secure the best possible placement rates.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in media buying and a proven track record of driving growth through offline channels. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You should be a clear communicator with excellent project management skills, as you will be juggling multiple campaigns and collaborating across various teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential, as is a familiarity with data tools like Looker and Google Analytics. You must be fluent in English and possess the analytical mindset required to track campaign performance and optimize our marketing spend effectively.
