The role
We are looking for a Senior New Business Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona, where you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle. You will be responsible for identifying new prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term partners.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients who can benefit from our intelligence services.
- Lead professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to ensure key decision-makers understand the value of our data.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to ensure we consistently meet or exceed our revenue goals.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales and business development, ideally within the research, consultancy, or intelligence fields. We value candidates who are self-motivated, ambitious, and focused on achieving results. Key requirements include:
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage your pipeline and collaborate with marketing teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
