The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is central to how we present ourselves to the world. You will be responsible for shaping our visual identity, creating high-impact sales collateral, and elevating our presence across social media. By collaborating with our cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every piece of content we produce is beautiful, sophisticated, and perfectly aligned with our brand guidelines.

A day in the life

• You will design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including marketing brochures, digital banners, social media graphics, and engaging animated content that brings our brand to life.
• You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop high-converting landing pages and email templates within HubSpot while maintaining a consistent and modern brand aesthetic.
• You will take ownership of our video and motion design projects, editing promotional content and creating interactive multimedia elements that keep our audience engaged.

Who you are

You are a creative professional with at least 5 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design. You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in design principles, color theory, and typography. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and have a knack for managing multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Key qualifications include:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• At least 2 years of dedicated experience in motion design.
• Proven experience creating email designs and managing assets within HubSpot.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
