What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the Philippines, where you will play a vital role in shaping our visual identity. We need a creative professional who can interpret client needs and translate them into high-impact design solutions that drive our business goals forward.

What will you do?

• Develop and curate creative concepts by collaborating with cross-functional teams and studying project requirements to ensure every design aligns with our objectives.
• Manage the entire design lifecycle, taking projects from the initial concept phase through to final production while meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
• Produce a wide range of high-quality assets, including web-ready and print-ready files, social media templates, corporate branding materials, and event signage.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. We are looking for someone who brings a strong marketing acumen and a deep understanding of user experience and web design. You should be an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and possess a solid grasp of both digital and print production workflows. Additionally, your portfolio should demonstrate your skills in photography, videography, and digital illustration. We value candidates who can work independently across multiple projects, offer logical rationales for their design choices, and maintain a professional, proactive approach to their work.
