What is this role?

We are looking for a Mid-Level Motion Designer to join our team in Germany on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an ideal position for a creative professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a larger team effort. You will play a vital role in shaping our visual output and helping our clients communicate their stories effectively.

What will you do?

• Collaborate across our agency with fellow creatives and account managers to bring diverse projects to life.
• Apply your expertise in motion design and video editing to create engaging visual content.
• Take full ownership of your projects, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and creative flair.

What makes you a great fit?

We value both your technical skills and your collaborative spirit. You should have at least two years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or illustration. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout, along with a deep understanding of how to blend static and moving assets into compelling videos.

Your toolkit should include proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with Sketch, Cinema 4D, or preparing animations for HTML and CSS is considered a significant plus. Because we work in an international setting, you must be comfortable communicating in both English and German.
