Welcome to Highrise, a digital fashion platform where millions of players express their identities and build social connections. We are passionate about style, and we believe that digital fashion is a powerful way for our community to create meaningful experiences. We are currently looking for a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative Team and help us introduce our world to new users across the globe. This is a full-time, remote position, and we prefer candidates who are based in the European time zone.
What you'll be doing
- You will produce high-performing static and animated marketing assets for platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, and various app stores.
- You will manage the entire creative lifecycle, which includes everything from initial brainstorming and asset sourcing to final editing, animation, and sound design.
- You will develop fresh concepts and visual hooks, constantly testing new styles and formats to discover what truly resonates with our audience.
What you'll bring
- You possess an impressive portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your mastery of animation principles and creative design.
- You have extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific focus on After Effects.
- You have a strong background in performance marketing, mobile advertising, or user acquisition.
- You are fluent in English and have a keen eye for typography, composition, and color.
- You are curious about the psychology of user behavior and enjoy staying on top of current trends.
- You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have experience using AI tools to streamline your creative workflow.
