Welcome to Highrise, a digital fashion platform where millions of players express their identities and build social connections. We are passionate about style, and we believe that digital fashion is a powerful way for our community to create meaningful experiences. We are currently looking for a talented Senior Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative Team and help us introduce our world to new users across the globe. This is a full-time, remote position, and we prefer candidates who are based in the European time zone.

What you'll be doing

You will produce high-performing static and animated marketing assets for platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, and various app stores.
You will manage the entire creative lifecycle, which includes everything from initial brainstorming and asset sourcing to final editing, animation, and sound design.
You will develop fresh concepts and visual hooks, constantly testing new styles and formats to discover what truly resonates with our audience.

What you'll bring

You possess an impressive portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your mastery of animation principles and creative design.
You have extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific focus on After Effects.
You have a strong background in performance marketing, mobile advertising, or user acquisition.
You are fluent in English and have a keen eye for typography, composition, and color.
You are curious about the psychology of user behavior and enjoy staying on top of current trends.
You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have experience using AI tools to streamline your creative workflow.
